I am truly sorry for the loss and pain that Steve and the Lewis family and friends are feeling because of losing Penney recently in death. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer and faith in our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God's (Psalm 83:18) promises like found here at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 and it tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises here on earth, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25, Acts 24:15) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on Him and He will sustain you in your time of grief. We hope that Steve and the family will be comforted by God's grace in the days ahead along with knowing Penney is entering His gates of heaven. We are sorry for your loss and hope that your focus is on Penney's joyous life and good contributions.

A very sad day to lose such a great friend and neighbor. We had so many good times and plenty of laughs ~ I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have Penney in my life and happy we were able to continue our friendship over 40+ years. She will be sorely missed, and pray for comfort for Steve, April, Autumn and the extended families. RIP, my friend.

We are happy to have enjoyed knowing our "favorite Penney"! We hope that Steve and family will be comforted by the fond memories of the great, fun times that we shared? Penney represented true GRACE in the light of her very personal battle. We will miss her, God Bless Penney and her family!
