Dear Vera, Just happened to see Jack's name. Couldn't help but remember when you married and how much he and George enjoyed playing music together. Not to forget the fun we had double dating in Fulton. God bless you and your family.

Dear John and Family,
We are so sorry about the loss of Jack, your wonderful father, friend to all and husband to Vera. We only knew Jack around the time of our KU Beta years (83-87) but completely understand where John's people-oriented nature and friendly disposition originated. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Mike and Renee Brown

I am truly sorry for the loss and pain that Vera and the Kuhlman family and friends are feeling because of losing Jack recently in death. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer and faith in God's promises like found here at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 and it tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it."For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. Feel free to contact me if you wish at my email address; myranj@centurytel.net

The LORD is my Shepherd; I have everything I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams. He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.
Even though I walk through the dark valley of death, l will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and staff protect and comfort me.
You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You welcome me as guest, anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever.
