Just wanted to say final farewell, Dale. You were a great neighbor. Your respect and good wishes for people was so thorough and genuine that none could help but love and trust you. I miss seeing you taking your walks and our somewhat conspiratorial talks. Dianne Bailey, 21557 Omaha

The short time I knew you, there was always a teasing smile. Your wonderful family is a great testament to your kindness and values. Sincerely

Dale will be missed by many people, my family included. I know for a fact that without Dale's support and help, I would not have served this great community on Town Council for 10 years. He would meet with me to discuss the town and things I should be doing as long as there was coffee available! Dale thanks for being a friend and guiding me during my time on Town Council. I will miss you but will never forget you.

Saying Dale was a special man, husband, father and friend is an understatement. In my many years of life, business and living in 6 different states, I never met a man I admired as much as Dale. His energy, sense of humor, kindness and willingness to help made him a favorite of all those who met him. He treated everyone with with respect. I like many others have lost a special friend, however, my memories of Dale will always be with me and bring a smile to my face many times.

Dale was my best friend. We did so many things together from baseball, to football to just hanging out. He was at all of my son's football games , their baseball games and followed the baseball teams that I coached across the United States supporting young players for so many years. We traveled to the University of Wyoming and he cheered for his adopted Wyoming Cowboys and so many Rockies games that I lost count after 50. He was honored by Belmont University for his contributions towards baseball in 2005. So may awards and so much that he did for this community. Dale Farmer baseball field and on and on. The footprint he left in Parker is second to none. I miss you stopping by at the office in the mornings for your coffee and to update me on the state of the town and the nation or the next volunteer event that you were involved in. Draining sprinkler systems for the Senior Center fund raiser certainly was one of the more unique ones that you got me into, but so may memories that I could write a treatise of who you were and what you did.
May your memory be everlasting...Dale you will never ever be forgotten by me, by Vaso, by Theo, John and Michael. You were simply the very best!
