Viola McLeod Obituary

Viola Mae McLeod, 94, of Parker, CO, passed away on February 19, 2020. She was born in Darke County, Ohio to Franklin and Emma (Link) wright on October 7, 1925.

Viola was a woman of faith who loved her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her little dog, Emma! In her younger years, she enjoyed the beauty of being in the mountains camping and fishing. She was particularly fond of all the old hymns, especially "Amazing Grace". She always loved being outside, working in her gardens and watching the birds and wildlife. She enjoyed growing roses and certainly had a "green thumb"!! She loved her houseplants some of which she has had for over 70 years!! She was an avid reader her whole life.

In her later years when it was warm enough she enjoyed sitting our on her front porch soaking up the sunshine and being entertained by all the birds feasting at her many birdfeeders.
