Ura Rakesh Shingala

Ura Rakesh Shingala, 10 years old, passed away at home on May 3, 2023, surrounded by her family and loved ones, in Aurora, CO.  She was born of February 18, 2013 in Richmond, VA, the second child of Rakesh and Mamta (Sangani) Patel.

Ura went to Red Hawk Ridge Elementary School, starting when she was 2 1/2 years old as a special needs for speech, vision, PT and OT,  until last year in 2022, when she became home schooled. She had also attended Anchor Center for Blind Children in Denver, CO.

She loved to play with her talker, with her speech teacher.  Ms. Christina and Ms Janice, her OT's played games with her, which she enjoyed so much.  Ain't playing no games with any boys, but always been loved by Dad, Mom and family.

She is survived by her parents, Rakesh and Mamta Patel, Aurora, CO; her brother Esh Patel, Aurora, CO.
