Tammy Lee Clementi

Tammy Lee Clementi PhD, 60, passed away in Aurora on Aug 31, 2023. She was born in Pueblo on July 14, 1963 to Tom and Caroline Clementi. She is predeceased by her loving mother, Caroline, sister Gina, brothers Mark and baby Tom, grandparents Maryann and Bernard Clementi and Fred and Rita Kottenstette and her Aunt Phyllis Kotlar. Tammy is survived by her proud parents Tom and Bobbi Clementi, adoring sister Chris (Paul Schurtz), her devoted twin brother, Tom. Her loving nieces are Jenny, Nicki, Marianne, Sandy and Britney. Her nephews are Mark Jr, Tom Jr, and Lucas all whom she loved adoringly. Also survived by great nieces and nephews and cousins and special cousin, Debby Lee (Mike) and Uncle Ed as well as many aunts, uncles and so many friends especially Louann and Shari. Tammy was born and raised in Pueblo. She graduated from South High School, University of Southern Colorado, obtained a master's degree from Lesley College and  PhD from Denver University . She was passionate about education, always making the teachers and students her first priority. She held teaching and administrative positions along the front range from Denver to Aguilar. Her other passions were her dogs and family. She was the spark in the family with her immense sense of fun and abundant love.

She continually taught people of all ages about kindness and positivity. Private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or food please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
