Scott Allen DeBane

Scott Allen DeBane is and forever will be a father, husband and best friend. Married for 29 years to Lori DeBane (Goldin) and father to Desa DeBane-Smith. Scott lived his life as a helper, being an electrical engineer and life long handyman, he freely and without question offered his help to anyone in need. Scott, as a true Colorado native, loved the outdoors. Embarking on many bike rides through the mountains for charity and hiking many of Colorado’s mountains. He and his wife, Lori, spent many summer weekends with their friends and family camping and adventuring in the mountains. Colorado might have been his home, but another place held his heart. His wife’s home, a farm in South Dakota, where the hustle and bustle of life could fade away into the soft golden hills of farm land.

Scott loved space-the final frontier. His love for SciFi, comic books and science is passed along to his daughter, Desa. He and his daughter would attend many conventions and watch all things star trek and comic book related.

 He was a man of few words and fewer facial expressions, but when he was excited about something or had something to say everyone took notice. His quiet determination will be remembered while his witty sense of humor will be missed.

A Celebration of Life will take place at The Grange in Castle Rock, CO. on November 30, 2019 at 2:00PM.
