Paul James Kwarta

Paul Kwarta, 70, of Franktown, CO, died on March 30, 2021 after a brief illness.  He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Katherine, nee Donlon, and son, Alexander and his wife, Sarah Okamoto.

Paul held a degree in engineering from Northern Illinois University.  He worked as an electronics engineer his entire career, specializing in radio, cellular and microwave engineering.  He traveled extensively with his jobs, seeing a lot of interesting, and sometimes, not so interesting places.  He was a long time member of the Parker Amateur Radio Club, and the Colorado ARES group.  His call sign was NOPK.  He enjoyed fishing, and long drives, pointing out radio and cell towers he helped design, along the way.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his identical twin brother, Dale (Ruth) Kwarta.  He is survived by his brothers, David (Patricia) Kwarta, Gerry (Darlene) Kwarta, and Childhood friend and brother-in-law, John (Maryann) Donlon.  Plus, numerous nieces and nephews.
