Narayanan Venkateswaran

Mr Narayanan Venkateswaran, 83, attained the lotus feet of goddess on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11.18 AM in Denver, Colorado.

He leaves behind his wife of 56 years, Meenakshi Venkateswaran , his son, Anant Venkateswaran , daughter-in-law Kim Gromer and many close family and friends.

Born and raised in India, he was the youngest of four children born to Mr. M.S Narayanan and Mrs. Lakshmi Narayanan. After serving as HR Manager at the Steel Authority of India Ltd, Rourkela Steel Plant for 35 years, he moved to the United States to spend his retired life with son and daughter-in-law.

A devout Devi upasaka, he was bestowed with SriVidhya deeksha by Pujya Swami Sri. Gyanananda Theertha of Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram. Sri Venkateswaran also had the unique privilege of receiving the direct and personal blessing from Pujya Guru Sri Vimarshananda Nathendra Saraswati, the founder of Bhaskara Prakasha Ashram.

He lived life to his fullest and was admired for his cheerfulness and positive outlook towards life. He will be truly missed by all who crossed his paths.
