Michael Jason Reed

Michael was 49 years of age and lived in Parker CO with his wife and son. He passed away in Castle Rock, CO. Born on Jan 29, 1973 and passed on Sept 14, 2022. He went to Valley High School and graduated in 1991. He went to UNC for 2 years, and then completed his Bachelors in Information Technology at Metro State. Michael enjoyed Elk Hunting with his family every single season in Slough Grass. He was a huge car enthusiast specifically old school classic muscle cars. The outdoors was his favorite place to be, and was either fishing or snowboarding. 

Michael married Bonnie Bellairs-Reed on Aug 26, 2018 in Estes Park CO where they visited many times as kids. He is survived and remembered by his Wife-Bonnie Bellairs-Reed age 50. Mother and Father Jean Reed age 85 and Lloyd Dale Reed age 88. Daughter-Madison Reed age 22 (Alex Vaughan age 31) Son-Jacob Reed age 16, Sisters-Tammy Valencia (Eddie Valencia) and Rhonda Robbins (Rich Robbins) along with several Nieces and Nephews. Predeceased by his sister-Donna Callender. 

Michael was a family man, he loved his family more than words can express. He took pride in being a Colorado Native and calling it his home. He looked forward to going hunting in a few weeks and taking his son Jacob for the first time. 

For those of you who knew Michael a conversation lasted FOREVER! He was usually the last one to leave the party! This is how he created so many friendships over the years.  

He loved having fun and encouraged everyone to do the same, he always said "you only live once so live it being happy"
