Lori Marie (Oglesby) Braun

Lori Marie (Oglesby) Braun, 53, of Elizabeth, CO, passed away April 16, 2021.  She was born on January 27, 1968 in Tampa, FL, the daughter of Mark and Claudia Oglesby.  She received her Associates Degree in Accounting.  Lori joined the United States Air Force, serving for 6 years where she reached the rank of Sergeant.

On June 8, 1996, Lori married Scott Braun in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She was a loving mother to Elisabeth Braun (21 years) and Jackson Braun (18 years).  Her family was everything to her and she had an open heart and open house.

She is survived by her loving husband, Scott and children, Elisabeth and Jackson Braun; parents, Mark and Claudia Oglesby; sister Lisa (Matt) Snell; mother-in-law, Mary Lou Braun; sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Mark) and Kristine (Rich); brother-in-law, Skip (Suzette); adoring aunt to Matthew (Danielle), Tessa (JP), Kyle, Mallori (Ryan), Morgan (AJ), Carter, Keegan and Emily (Aaron); and her 5 great nephews; she was a loving cousin and niece to many.

She was predeceased by J.D. and Odell (Faircloth) Oglesby, Thell and Beaulah (Yother) Dean and her father-in-law John Braun.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., at Red Rocks Church, 9995 Park Meadows Drive, Lone Tree, CO 80124.  A reception will follow services and everyone is welcome to attend.
