Joyce (Waldo) Hexum

Joyce Waldo Hexum, 79, of Elizabeth, CO passed away in Parker, CO on January 13, 2022.  Joyce was born in Nebraska on August 31, 1942 into the Waldo family.  After high school, Joyce attended CU Boulder.  She worked with Douglas County as a county clerk, and also in San Diego as a county clerk.  

Joyce enjoyed reading, her dogs, Buddy and Bebe, attending a bible study, trips with her family especially to the mountains, and most recently a trip to Hawaii with her sister, Chris.  She was married to Bud Hexum for 54 years, and was widowed at the time of passing.  

She is survived by her son Scott Hexum of Parker, a grandson Jake of Parker, a brother Chuck Waldo of Townville, SC, a sister Chris McMorris of Miami, FL, a sister, Joan Carlson of Longmont, CO and a sister, Sheryl Yeager of Montrose, CO.
