Janet (Goetz) Miller

Janet G. Miller, 96, passed away April 24, 2019  in Parker, CO.  She was born February 15, 1923 to Arthur and Mildred (Hunt) Goetz in Dayton, OH.  

Janet received a Bachelors Degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH.  After college she married the love of her life, Vern Miller and they had three children.  When she wasn't busy taking care of her family, Janet enjoyed quilting, playing golf and volunteering with various organizations including Meal On Wheels.  She was the treasurer for Lely Presbyterian Church and her HOA in Naples, Florida.

She is survived by her children, Steve (Kim) Miller of Parker, CO; Doug Miller of Centennial, CO; Judy (Judy) Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Jeff (Zoe), Dan (Olga), Cyndy, Andy (Tammy) and Mike (Lexi) and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vern Miller; granddaughter, Sara Miller and sisters, Dorothy Shape and June Goetz.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Parker Cemetery, Parker Road, Parker, CO with a Celebration of Life to be held at Steve and Kim's house at a future date.
