After struggling with several medical problems, Georjean Taylor of Denver left her earthly family on Feb. 17, 2020. She was the youngest of four children born to George and Jean Dubois in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After graduating from Cheyenne public schools, she attended Colorado State University where she was active in the Pi Beta Phi sorority. Most of her adult life was spent in the Denver area though she lived for brief periods in Nevada, California, New Mexico and Virginia.
Georjean is survived by her three children, Donny of Englewood,CO., Mike and wife LaShelle of Parker, CO., Katie McEnaney and husband Jeff of Flower Mound, TX; by three grandchildren, Emma, Taylor and Jackson; by two siblings, George Dubois and wife Arlaen of Albuquerque and Marie Duff and husband Charles of Sacramento, by sister-in-law Sally Dubois of Fort Collins; and by numerous cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her brother David, who died in 2011. A memorial service to celebrate Georjean’s life will be held at a later date, probably close to what would have been her 80th birthday in April.
If you are sending flowers and/or cards, please send to Georjean's son at his address in Parker.
