Edward Darius Brunell, age 75, died on Monday, September 12, 2022 after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke on Saturday. Born on January 21, 1947 in Massachusetts to Janette and Darius Brunell.
Ed is survived by his wife and companion of 29 years, Sue Brunell (Dooley), daughter Karren Brunell, son Edward Brunell, and daughter Jean Quinlivan, stepdaughter Emily Eaves, and step grandson Ryder Mathews, the mother of his children Patricia Oak, and half-sibling Bonnie Morin.
Ed will especially be remembered for his love of the outdoors, whether he be camping, hunting, or just hanging out with his best friends…Dave, Jim, John and so many more. He loved his career in the Air Force and was fortunate to find his longtime friends there. After his military service, he continued to pursue his own path of owning an emission testing facility and a tree moving business. Both of these endeavors allowed him to be with his beloved best dog friend “Jackson” until the end.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Parker Funeral Home. 10325 Parkglenn Way, Parker, CO 80138.
Family and Friends are also welcomed to join the procession from Parker Funeral Home to his final resting place, Ft.
