It is with sorrow the children of Donna Depperschmidt (86), announce she passed away in the early am hours of Thursday April 11, 2024. They know her spirit lives on with God and through her family and friends for eternity.

Donna lived a daily life of love for God, her family and friends full of happiness and enjoyment of simple things in life and everything she participated in. She exuded care, compassion and a positive outlook to everyone she met. She LOVED life, God, people and dogs (aka the Dog Lady) and was well loved by all who knew her. Donna grew up on her parents farm, Daniel and Helen Sheppard (both deceased) along with 3 brothers, Daniel Jr (deceased), Kenneth (deceased) and Robert. She moved to Denver after high school to attend Parks Junior College where she earned an Associates Degree in business. She met her husband Leroy (deceased), early on in Denver, where they proceeded to enjoy life and raised 3 children as a mother, house wife and later in various jobs but ALWAYS as the family anchor. In her later years, she truly blossomed into her full glory. She is survived and will be missed, though will live in spirit through: her daughters, Susan Seamark (husband Mark), Shelly Manning, son Jeff Depperschmidt (wife Andrea), granddaughter Madison Otten (husband Zach and her 3 great grandsons Grayson, Graham and Walker), grandson Ryan Depperschmidt, her still living sisters-in-law, Judith Nelke and Sarah Depperschmidt and 40 nephews and nieces out of 46 born and raised by the families of her 3 siblings and Leroy’s 8. Family get togethers were always a celebration as this one will be also, in her honor.
