Christopher never knew a stranger; he befriended everyone he met. He will be remembered for his generosity towards others, his booming laugh and larger-than-life presence, but mostly his unbounded love for his children, family, and friends.
Christopher was born on January 13, 1975 in Hastings, Nebraska to Tom and the late Nancy Ott. He graduated from McCook High School in 1993 in Nebraska. He then jointed the Navy serving aboard the USS Peleieu in San Diego, CA, finally studying and apprenticing under Master Chef Joe Ediem in Reno, Nevada. He married Natalie Wittmann Ott in 2011.
Christopher worked at the Magnolia Hotel as a chef in Omaha, Nebraska, a stay at home dad for awhile, and most currently at the Wild Goose Saloon in Parker, CO as an executive chef. He loved to smoking meats, cooking, gardening, frisbee golf, metal detecting, camping, fishing, and mostly being a Dad.
Survivors include his wife Natalie of the home , Olivia Ott-daughter, Nicholas Ott-son, Tom Ott-father, Michael Ott-brother and his family. Christopher was predeceased by his son Ethan Ott, and his mother Nancy Ott.
