Bruce Reinbold

Bruce Howard Reinbold, age 86, of Brighton, CO, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023 in Aurora, CO.  He was born June 6, 1936 in St. Paul, MN.

Bruce moved to Golden, CO with his family when he was 6 years old and graduated from Lakewood High School.  He served in the US Army in the late 1950s.  He married Nancy (having first met in grade school) in 1959 and started his family.  Bruce and Nancy moved their young family to Keenesburg, CO and 20 some years later, settled in the Brighton, CO area.

Bruce was an Industrial Mechanic by trade.  He had a unique sense of humor, was fun loving, very creative and had many hobbies including photography, painting, auto mechanics and restoration, antique bicycles, pedal cars, and Cushman scooters.   Bruce loved to drive automobiles and in retirement found a second career doing just that!

Bruce was a dedicated family man, proud veteran, and a cherished friend to many.  He passed quietly at home with close family by him.

Preceded in death by parents, William Howard and Helen (Stevens) Reinbold; sister, Mary Elizabeth Reinbold; and son Curt William Reinbold.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy E. Reinbold; Daughter and Son-in-law, Valenda and Kevin Gourley (Aurora, CO); Grandchildren, Jason Linnebur (Lochbuie, CO), Ryan Gourley (Highlands Ranch, CO), Brandon Reinbold (MN), and Cassie Reinbold (Eagan, MN).

A Memorial Service will be held for Bruce on June 10th, 2023 from 2pm-5pm. This service will be held at the Alli Event Center 100 S Third Avenue, Brighton CO, 89601.
