Beatrice Carelli Obituary

Beatrice Lucille Carelli, age 102, passed away in Parker, Colorado on October 24, 2022.  Bea was the daughter of the late Genere and Nettie Grano-Carelli.  Bea is survived by her lifelong partner, Diana Kiniry; close family members Dan and Nancy Palmer; Jack and Pat Hilbert; Gary and Kathy Culig; Cousin Janice Battaglino; nephews Gene Carelli, and James Durbin, their families; and many more nephews, nieces and cousins. Bea also leaves behind the memories of her close friends Angie Wieman, and Midge Ball.

She was preceded in death by brothers Louis Carelli, and the Honorable Judge Edward Carelli; her sisters Helen Carelli Bachelor, Yolanda Carelli Bell, and Ilene “Babe” Carelli Adams; father and mother-in-law Edwin and Elaine Kiniry; and, close friends Judy Furland and Pat Davis.

Bea was born in Denver, CO. She graduated from Denver North High School and Barnes Business College. She retired from USF&G Insurance where she was a supervisor and claims adjustor. She loved to ski, play golf; she was an incredible Bridge player; and, loved horses and animals of all types. In her later years, she loved pulling the arm on the slot machines (she did quite well), reading and watching TV.

Services will be held in the chapel, at the Parker Funeral Home, Parker CO, on November 2, 2022, at 2:30 pm.
