Barbara Jean Adams

Barbara Jean Adams, 64, of Highland Ranch, CO, passed away September 20, 2020 after suffering injuries from a car accident on September 10, 2020.

She was born June 21, 1956 to Paul and Dorothy (Anderson) Flickner in Franklin, PA.  Her family relocated to Colorado when she was ten years old and she attended local schools in Jefferson County and graduated from Bear Creek High School.  Shortly after graduating, she married Mark Adams and they had three beautiful children.

Barbara loved life and especially Christmas. It was her favorite time of year.  Most of the time she was as excited, if not more excited than her children and grandchildren.  She never missed watching her Denver Broncos and she loved curling up on the couch with her Diet Dr. Pepper watching Lifetime movies.

She is survived by her children, daughter Rebecca (Mike) Dennis of Sutherlin, OR; daughter Melissa (Nathan) Gold of Castle Rock, CO; son Mathew Adams of Highlands Ranch, CO; grandchildren Shawn Adams, Noah Gold, Maddison Gold; siblings Ginny (Lamoyne) Sturgeon, Diane Long and Kathy (Ron) Lewis.

She was predeceased by her parents and brother Paul Flickner.
