Anthony "Tony” Monaco, 57, of Parker, CO, passed away October 15, 2019 after a courageously fought battle with Esophageal cancer. After being diagnosed, in the next 15 months of his life, he travelled often and rode his Harley to places he always dreamt of going. He spent quality time with family and friends, which we will all cherish.
He was born November 8, 1961 to Gennaro and Michelina (Cardinale) Monaco in Englewood, New Jersey.
After graduating high school, Tony served his country during his 20-year career in the United States Navy where he retired as a Chief Personnelman. During this time, he lived overseas in England and Spain before settling in Colorado. He earned a BS degree in Computer Science. Tony made sure to enjoy life, so when he wasn't working, you would find him traveling in his RV van and riding his Harley. Tony was fun loving and always the jokester until the very end. His love of life and boisterous, infectious laugh will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife Andrea, sister and brother-in-law Mona and Nunzio Orlando and nieces Alexa and Alana Orlando, his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Christina and Sean Morris and nephews and niece Ean, Delaney and Hayden Morris, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Paul and Karla Horton and niece Lena Horton and numerous other family and friends.
Fellow motorcycle riders will meet at the Crossroads Community Church where they will ride together to meet up with all others at the PACE Arts and Cultural Center at 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, Parker, CO 80138 where the Celebration of Life service will be held.
