Yvonne (Shipler) Mayer

Yvonne was born on August 13, 1938 and born into eternal life on July 4, 2019.  She was born to Everett and Marie Shipler.  She is now reunited with her husband James, sister Janice, brother Darwin, and daughter Marilyn.  She is also preceded in death by her loving parents.  She is survived by her children James Mayer (Jackie), Shelley Waldbillig (Curtis), Debbie Ford (Michael), and Gary Mayer;  proud grandmother of Curtis (Jennifer) Wallbillig, Jason Matt, Joshua (Maren) Mayer, Adam (Rosie) Matt, Jason Mayer, Amanda Matt (Dallas), Ashley (Sean) Nemetz, and Andy Emerson.  She was a loving Great-Grandmother to Haley and Madison Waldbillig, Desiree Anderson Eleanor and Oliver Mayer, Davonate Matt, Kaylie Gladen, Tristan and Ronin Nemetz.  Yvonne was a dear sister to Eugene Shipler, Merwyn (Butch) Shipler, Cindy (Duwayne) Greene, and Everette (Bub) Shipler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Yvonne died suddenly with family and friends at her side. She successfully owned and operated Yvonne's Restaurant in Milwaukee, for nineteen years.  She moved to Colorado to run a construction business for twenty years. She later became a custodian at Chapperal Schools for seven years.  She later moved to Missouri where she cared for the elderly until she moved back to Brookfield to retire and be with her family and friends.,  

She loved to crochet, play cards, watch baseball and football, cook. visit with family and friends, garden and throw great parties!  She will be dearly missed by all!!
