Patricia Simons Obituary
Patti Simons, 83, of Gainesville, FL, passed away on September 8, 2018 in Parker, CO. She was born on December 22, 1934 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Matthew and Elsie (Kunz) Basler.
Patti graduated from high school in 1952 in Milwaukee, WI. She had worked as a special needs and handicap bus driver for 22 years in Alachua County Schools and later worked in sales at Belk-Lindsey boys department both in Gainesville, FL. She was a member for 33 years at the Gainesville Health and Fitness and also a member of Christian Women's Club.
On May 7, 1955 she married Victor Simons in Milwaukee, WI.
She is survived by her three daughters, Kim (Mark) Swan, Gainesville, FL, Julie (David) Mozeley, Charlotte, NC and Jodi Simons, Parker, CO; grandson, Danny Valdes, Clermont, FL; and granddaughter Andrea (Nate) Blinn, Glen Allen, VA. She was predeceased by her husband, Victor Simons.
