Marylyn Ann Klipsch, age 68, of Parker, CO, passed away September, 28, 2017 in Littleton, CO. Marylyn was born January 1, 1949. She attended college and had earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Physical Sciences from Colorado State University, Masters of Business Administration from University of Northern Colorado and Project Management Professional Certification from Villanova University. For 15 years Marylyn had owned her own consulting company called Focus Forward Business. Her last role was as a compliance manager with First Data Corporation. On December 28, 2016 Marylyn married Mr. Michael Burns.  Marylyn’s hobbies included billiards, being and avid reader, walking and hiking with her dogs, attending the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies games with family and friends, listening to the oldies music from the 1950’s and 1960’s and loving life with her family and friends. She also loved the beautiful Colorado mountain ranges. Marylyn is survived by her husband, Michael Burns, of Parker, CO, her daughter, Sheila Walling, of Denver, CO, son-in-law, Larry Geering, of Denver, CO, grandson, Chris Walling, of Chicago, IL, granddaughter, Kara Walling, of Golden, CO, step sons Kalen Burns, of Chicago, IL and Tyler Burns, of Chicago, IL, and stepdaughter, Melissa Burns, of Breckenridge, CO. Services to celebrate Marylyn’s life will be held at the Parker Funeral Home on October 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
