Mary Ann Fischer, 78, of Parker, CO passed away September 26, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Mary Ann was born August 13, 1939 in Tribune, KS. She was a housewife, a part-time carpenter, part-time painter, a gardener, a landscaper and a cook. She was also a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In her spare time Mary Ann enjoyed embroidering, sewing, refinishing furniture, and baking cookies. On November 11, 1959 in Kansas Mary Ann married Eugene Fischer. They remained married until his passing. Mary Ann was a strong, kind woman who raised seven wonderful children and loved them with her whole heart.

Mary Ann is survived by her brother Teddy of Aurora, CO; her sisters Betty of Denver, CO and Opal of Tribune, KS; her sons Mark of Glenwood Springs, Matthew of Seattle, WA, and Jarod of Parker, CO; her daughters Jamie of Aurora, CO, Debra of Colorado Springs, CO, and Elizabeth of Aurora, CO; grandchildren Christine, Melissa, Laura, Peyton, Kellon, Alphonse, Tabitha, Zack, Ben, Melanie and Jacob; great grandchildren Ethan and Lucas, and many nephews. Mary Ann was predeceased by her husband Eugene H. Fischer and her son Michael J. Fischer.
