Joyce Oliver

Joyce Johnson Oliver passed away into the presence of the Lord  with her family present on Saturday, January 27th, 2018. 
 She was 90 years old.  Formerly of Tyler, Texas she moved to Parker, CO in 2014.  
She was a loving wife,  mother,  aunt,  grandmother, and great-grandmother.  
She married the love of her life,  John "Jack" Edward Oliver, Sr. on April 22, 1950.   He preceded her in death 
on October 3rd, 2014.   
Joyce was very active in the Presbyterian Church.  She sang in the choir,  taught Sunday School, and Christian
Education.   She and Jack raised two children,  son John Edward Oliver, Jr.  and daughter, Cheryl Lynne Oliver Smithies.
Joyce is survived by her two children,  a daughter-in-law, Sharon Oliver,  and son-in-law,  James Smithies, 
along with five grandchildren,  five great-grandchildren, and one great, great grandson.  
She will be interred at Dallas-Ft Worth Memorial Cemetery next to her husband during a private memorial service. 
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
