Eloise Josephine (Kruse) Allen

Eloise Josephine Kruse-Allen, 98, of Castle Rock, CO, passed away on March 8, 2019.  She was born on August 10, 1920 in Grinnell, KS.  She graduated from high school and went on to earn two degrees in Cosmetology: one as a beautician, and the other as a barber in Colorado.  She loved both her careers.  Her hobbies include gardening, painting, dancing, and traveling.  

Survivors include 3 sons: Jim (Barb) and Mike (Cheryl) Allen, both of Elizabeth, CO, and Kevin of San Diego, CA.  She is also survived by 2 sisters: Marjorie Jean Osborn and Verna Marie Wilkins, along with 7 grandchildren: Bridget (Barry) Wood of Highland, CA, Rodney (David) Allen of Denver, CO, Holly (John) Jarvis of Aurora, CO, Jim (Teri) Allen of Elizabeth, CO, Jeff (Noe) Allen of Parker, CO, Ron (Abby) Allen of New York City, NY, and Ross (Jessica) Allen of W. Seneca, NY.  

Eloise leaves behind 12 great grandchildren: Lauren (Jeremy) Jones of Aurora, CO, Brenan Wood of Lake Havasu, AZ, Blake Wood of Highland, CA, Kenny Jarvis of Aurora, CO, Mason and Ryann Allen, both of Elizabeth, CO, Halia and Makai Allen both of  Parker, CO, Alexandria and Reid Allen, both of New York City, NY,  and Vivian and Hazel Allen, both of W. Seneca, NY.  Eloise was blessed to have one great-great grandchild as well: Ellie Jean Jones of Aurora, CO.

Eloise was predeceased by her husband Earl Wallace Allen, a son Ronald Eugene Allen, her parents Susan Pauline Moos-Kruse and Henry Herman Kruse, and 2 sisters Gleneviere Ruth Waters and Vera Louise Grissinger.
