Christopher James Scafide

Christopher James Scafide, age 36, was born January the 9th, 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He died November the 20th 2019 at Colorado Springs Memorial Hospital after a motor vehicle accident in Buena Vista, Colorado. Christopher spent his career working as a Lead Float Tech at Hazen Research, MT2 and Climax Mines. Christopher leaves behind a daughter, Cecilia Mae Konior, of Leadville, CO;  his father James Wayne Scafide, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his mother Cecelia Bea Coggins and stepfather Charles M Coggins Jr. of Columbus, Mississippi;  his sister Janine Marie Scafide, Aurora, Colorado;  brother-in-law Jeffrey Brian Greene, Aurora, Colorado; niece, Chyla Ann Howard, of Aurora, Colorado; his stepbrothers Samuel Warren and Brian Coggins of Braxton, Mississippi, Bruce Coggins and Brad Coggins of Magna, Utah and Christopher Coggins, of Phoenix, Arizona. He is preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Margret Shaneyfelt, and Sam and MaryAnn Scafide; and his stepbrother Anthony Coggins.
