Robert and I worked together back in the early 70's, at Frontier Airlines.
We worked on the same crews for several years, until I transferred to another station.
Most people would expect that after being relocated to another state, that would be the end of a friendship...
but not if your name was Robert Wedge!

Year after year Robert would contact me, even if it were only at Christmas.
Robert was always excited to speak with you and always have a wealth of information to share.

We shared so much happiness as well as sorrows, with each other over the years.
I trusted Robert and he trusted me. We were good friends.

Robert I pray Heaven welcomed with arms wide open.
I'll see you again my friend someday.

Cheryl and Camron, there are few words that help, at a time like this, but know that Robert loved you an Camron so very much. How do I know this...he told me so.

My heart aches for the loss of a gentle soul in this realm. I've long thought of Robert as a sprite with a knowing twinkle in his eye for this elusive joke we all share and mountains of love in his spirit. Go easy my friend

Robert was a long time friend since Ponca Military Academy in 1963. He always had a smile on his face, a ready joke and an opinion on most everything. I will miss his smiling face, laughter and friendship. My condolences on your loss. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Robert was a wonderful friend. I knew Robert for a long, long time. We lost touch for quite a while but reconnected in the last few years. I am so glad we did. I will always cherish the memories of him, and am honored to call him my friend. I will miss him.
He always had a twinkle in his eyes and a smile whenever he talked about you, Cheryl, and you, Cameron. Was easy to see he loved you both very much.

I am so sorry for your loss! Although it's been many years since I've seen or talked to your family it was amazing to read how well you captured Robert in the obituary. That is exactly how I remember and will miss him, he was a bright soul and a blessing to see and be around. He was pure happiness...

Shocked to hear Robert has passed. I knew Robert since the seventies. Over the years we had many good times together. I'll always remember his keen and original sense of humor. My thoughts go out to you Cheryl and Cameron and may your remembrances of Robert help assuage your grief.

Cheryl and Cameron,

Our deepest and heartfelt condolences. It didn't matter what our discussions were whether it be firearms, reloading, cars or politics, Robert always shined brightest when he spoke of the two of you. Your dad was so proud of you Cameron and he often spoke of you with boyish enthusiasm. Cheryl, he would light up when he spoke of your educational endeavors. Should either of you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask.
