Mike Putica

Mike Putica, 83, of Parker, CO, passed away on March 15, 2018 in Parker, CO.  He was born on October 3, 1934 in Klenak, Serbia.  In Serbia he attended Elementary and Secondary School through the 8th grade.  He then attended two years of Welding Apprenticeship.  Mike work for over 40 years as an iron worker and welder and retired when he was 62.  He served for 2 years in the Army in Yugoslovia.

On March 21, 1967 he married Anna Santarpino in Germany, they had been married for over 50 years.  They raised two wonderful sons, Milan and  Claude.

Mike loved to fish, garden and spend time with his grandkids.

A Celebration of Life will be held for him at Parker Funeral Home, Inc., 10325 Parkglenn Way, Parker, CO 80138 on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 3:00 pm.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Putica, of Parker, CO; sons, Milan (Susan) Putica, of Highlands Ranch, CO and Claude (Tracy) Putica, of Parker, CO; sister, Angela Olujic, Novi Sad, Serbia; grandchildren, Logan and Abby Putica, of Highlands Ranch, CO, Emily Putica, of Parker, CO and Amber Huelsmann, of Lakewood, CO; great grandchildren, Liam and Kambry Putica, of Parker, CO; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, Ilya Putica.
