Joseba “JC” Carter Ciscar, age 34, of Denver, CO, passed away unexpectedly December 4, 2017. JC, as he was known by his friends, was born in Ely, NV on February 28, 1983. He attended Eagle Crest High School and wnet on to complete three years at College Colorado State University. JC went on to work in the oil industry as an oil field sales man and service technician. He was an avid boater and loved anything related to watersports, camping and just being a happy-go-lucky outdoor guy. Although JC was never married, he found immense love through his family; parents, Barbara, of Parker, CO, Joe, of Ely, NV and Scott, of Parker, CO; brothers Cody, of Winnemucca, NV and Tobin, of Aurora, CO; sisters, BJ, of Parker, CO, Mary, of Green River, WY and Jeanette, of Green River, WY; and nieces and nephews Jeremy, Brendan, McKayla, Kayley, Stacey, Justin, Ethan, Korbin and Blake. JC was predeceased by his grandfather, Carter, grandfather, Antonio, grandmother, Anastasia and niece, Kaitlin.
