Jeffrey E. Marlowe, age 64, of Aurora, CO, passed away October 29, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones. Born August 6, 1953 in Littleton, CO, Jeff’s mission in life was to make people laugh! Jeff earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Metropolitan State in Denver, CO, graduating in 1976. Jeff started his working career at Kentucky Fried Chicken.  He was the youngest manager while attending college and he supervised 26 employees. Many people know Jeff from his long time career at the phone company (started in 1980 – through 2016).  This includes Mountain Bell, US West, Qwest and Century Link.  He was a “Customer Advocate” – which means that he handled customer complaints and tried to resolve their issues. If you knew Jeff you knew his love for FISHING! He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Parker, CO, an avid Denver Broncos fan and a member of the Silver Bullet Club. In 1989 Jeff married the love of his life, Mrs. Diane Marlowe, to whom he loved and cherished until his death. Jeff is survived by his wife, Diane R. Marlowe, of Aurora, CO, his daughters, Stacy Parker (Steve), of Ankeny, IA, Jody Hinsey (Mark), of Centennial, CO and Jennifer Stenbak (Chris), of Aurora, CO, his grandchildren,  Malia Parker, of Ankeny, IA, Charlie Hinsey, of Centennial, CO and Jasper Vogelsong, of Aurora, CO, and his brothers, Rick Marlowe and John Marlowe. Jeff was predeceased by his mother, Mary Marlowe and his dad, Eugene Marlowe and brother, Randy Marlowe. When you remember Jeff, remember his ability to make the whole world smile!
