Grace C. Fitzgerald  of Parker, Colorado was born on January 4, 1932.  Grace married Thomas Fitzgerald on January 31, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York.  Grace passed away on August 7, 2017 in Denver Colorado at the age of 85.

Grace was a devoted mother and  grandmother who received great pleasure from cooking and baking for her beloved family.  She was a strong lover and supporter of all animals and considered her pets her “kids”.

Some of Grace’s interests included knitting, reading and being the “world’s greatest baker”.  She was a strong supporter of the Dumb Friends League and the ASPCA.

Survivors include a daughter Eileen  and son in law Keith Berg  of Centennial, Colorado; a son Thomas and daughter in law Patricia Fitzgerald of Raleigh, North Carolina, a son Richard Fitzgerald of Holbrook, New York, a daughter Therese Fitzgerald of Parker, Colorado and a son Edward  and daughter in law Laura  Fitzgerald of Garden City, New York.

Grace was also blessed with a granddaughter Melinda Fitzgerald and her husband Chris Buonosante of Aurora, Colorado; a granddaughter Amanda Berg of Parker, Colorado; a grandson Kyle   and his wife Rachel Berg of Parker, Colorado; a granddaughter Jenna and her husband Michael  Murray of Wake Forest, North Carolina; a granddaughter Brynn  and her husband Todd Terry of Wake Forest, North Carolina; and grandsons Colin, Ryan and Aidan Fitzgerald of Garden City, New York.

Great granddaughters Lexi Grace Murray and Lana Murray of Wake Forest, North Carolina and great grandsons Liam and Brayden Todd  of Wake Forest, North Carolina were also a special part of Grace’s life.
