Dorothy Pauline Weaver 81, passed away the evening of December 2nd, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Porter Hospice in Littleton, Colorado.  She was born October 7, 1936 to John and Isabel Owen of Geraldine, Montana.  She was preceded in birth by Delbert, Norris, and Irene; and followed by Susan.  She met the love of her life when he spilled a drink on her new coat in a Montana bar.  Ross Franklin Weaver and Dorothy would be married on August 19, 1955 and celebrate 62 years together.  The following year they welcomed the birth of their only child, Sandra Ann Smith.  The family traveled the world as Ross’ Air Force career took them from Montana, to the Philippines, to Florida, and finally to Washington state.  Following military retirement, Dorothy and Ross moved to Plano, Texas where she became a successful real estate agent.  They subsequently moved to Boulder City, Nevada and Saint George, Utah traveling the world when not spending time with friends and family.  Dorothy will be welcomed into heaven by her parents, elder siblings, son-in-law Stephen, and grandson Casey.  She is survived by her husband, younger sister, daughter, three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one soon to be born great-grandchild.  She will be interned at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
