Craig E. Orr, age 69, of Elizabeth, CO passed away December 19, 2017. Born October 29, 1948 in Denver, CO, Craig attended Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, CO, graduating in 1967. He then went on to attend college at El Paso Community College in Colorado Springs, CO until 1977 and then Colorado Aerotech in Broomfield, CO graduating in 1989. Craig worked as Director of Maintenance for West Air Holdings, a jet mechanic for ProFlight, an independent concrete contractor and as an Elbert County Deputy Sheriff. On July 27, 1986 in Jefferson County, CO Craig married the love of his life, Mrs. Cindy Orr. Craig was in the United States Marine Corp from 1967 to 1971. He loved motorcycles, fishing, hunting and draft horses. But what Craig valued most in the world was his family. Craig is survived by his wife, Cindy, of Elizabeth, CO; daughter Michelle (Tom), of Carlsbad, NM; sons, Paul (Deb), of Carlsbad, NM and Robert, of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Jack, of Franktown, CO; sister, Patti, of Elizabeth, CO; grandsons, Michael (Whitney), of Murfreesboro, TN and David (Tori), of Carlsbad, NM; granddaughter, Jessica (Riley), of Las Cruces, NM; great grandchildren, Perrin and Alex; nieces, Heather, Nikki and Amy and nephew, Shawn. Craig was predeceased by his father, Lee, mother, Evelyn and brother, Johnny.
